How you can pay & reschedule
A few practical details to help you feel clear and comfortable about booking, payment, and rescheduling.

Booking
We always start with a free 30-minute consultation, just to meet each other. Nothing is booked until you feel ready.
When you’d like to go ahead, I’ll email you a bill so the amount is clear. Once your payment is complete (details below), you can book your session using its own booking button.

Clients in Vietnam: Bank transfer to my official business account, under the name Ho Kinh Doanh Lien Phan.
Clients outside of Vietnam: Online options such as PayPal are coming soon.

Security notice
This is the only account I use. I’ll never ask you to pay anywhere else, whether by email, Zalo, WhatsApp, Messenger, text, phone, or any other way.
Before confirming your transfer, please ensure that the name your bank shows matches the account name above. If anything ever feels off, just message me first. You’ll have my number from our consultation. I’m always happy to check with you.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
If plans change…
If you need to move or cancel a session, just let me know at least 4 hours in advance.
A change made within 4 hours of a session is charged at half the session fee, as that time, and the preparation before it, has already been set aside.
These are here to protect us both, and to help our work together begin with clarity and mutual respect. I sincerely hope we’ll never need them.
Confidentiality
Everything you share is safe with me…
Creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space is at the heart of my work. Everything you share with me is held with respect, care, and confidentiality.
If we happen to meet in daily life, to protect your privacy, I won’t greet you first or mention our work. If you say hello, I’ll be happy to say hello back.
There are rare exceptions where I may need to share information: if there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, if a child or vulnerable person may be at risk, or if the law requires it. Whenever possible, I’ll talk with you first. Apart from that, what you share stays between us.
