Hypnosis Recording

A personal recording, made just for you.

About 20 minutes · Delivered within 4 days of payment

Your recording is created based on what you share with me: what you’re going through, and how you’d like to feel. It begins by helping your body settle, then gently guides you into a deeply relaxed state, where your subconscious can do its quiet work. From there, I offer questions designed just for you, so your subconscious can find its own answers, which may be different each time you listen. Then come hypnotic suggestions designed around your own patterns and goals. Finally, I gently guide you back to the present moment, feeling calm, refreshed, and good about yourself.

Why a recording

A live session happens once. A recording stays with you.

Change in the subconscious comes through repetition. Hearing the same hypnotic suggestions, in a deeply relaxed state, helps them begin to feel like your own.

Meeting a therapist every day would be ideal, but it isn’t realistic for most of us. Your recording carries part of that work into your daily life, at your own pace.

Why it’s personal

Every word is chosen, not generated.

Anyone can make a pleasant recording today. What makes this different is what happens before I record: I study what you’ve shared with me to understand the patterns underneath and find the words that your subconscious is most ready to welcome. That comes from listening closely, and from my training and experience in how the subconscious responds.

What research shows

In a clinical trial with adults living with chronic pain, two sessions with a therapist plus hypnosis recordings for home practice worked about as well as eight in-person sessions, and the benefits lasted at least six months (Tan et al., 2015).

A review of 22 clinical trials found that practicing hypnosis on your own helps with stress, anxiety, and pain, especially when it begins with a therapist’s guidance and is practiced regularly (Eason & Parris, 2019).

This may be for you if…

You prefer to do inner work privately, in your own space and time, and you’d like something gentle to support you in your daily life, or whenever life feels heavy.

Here’s my voice, so you can feel whether it’s right for you.

Best with headphones, somewhere quiet. Never while driving.
