A program for deep, lasting transformation

The 12-Week Journey

For when you’re ready to meet the pattern fully, and walk all the way through it.

If you’re here, you’re ready to go all the way.

You’ve already done a lot of inner work. Sessions felt good, and you gained real insights. And then, a week or so later, the same pattern was back. You noticed it, you understood it, and still… it pulled you in.

That doesn’t mean you failed. And I’m not saying this to convince you that I can fix it. Every turn, even the ones that feel like going backwards, is part of how we grow. Insight opens the door. Repetition, over time, is what helps something new become part of you. And honestly, we all know that. It’s just very hard to keep doing it alone. That’s where steady support, right beside you, makes the difference.

This may not be for you right now if…

You’d like to start with one or a few sessions, and see how it feels.

You can’t set aside time each week for the next three months.

You’d rather explore gently, without a fixed rhythm.

Then a single session or a 4-session process may suit you better. Many people find what they need there, and you can always join the program later.

But if…

You’re ready to fully commit to what you truly want: to set aside the daily distractions and all the so-called “reasons”, and give your time, your money, and your heart to walking all the way through it, toward the lasting inner peace you’ve always longed for. Then I’m ready to walk with you.

What’s included

Every week

A session with me

On Zoom. Hypnotherapy or guided meditation, following the program designed for you and how you’re progressing.

After each session

Recordings & integration forms

After hypnotherapy: a recording made from what came up that day and what’s been building since, so the new way of feeling is repeated in your daily life.

After meditation: a short integration form.

Between sessions

Check-ins

I check in with you by message or a short call, so you’re never left alone with the pattern.

How a program might look

Every program is designed for one person. Here is one example.

An example program

Quieting the “never enough” voice

Claire, 34. She works hard, looks calm, and is quietly exhausted. Rest feels like something she has to earn. She has tried therapy before and understands where it comes from, yet the inner critic still runs her days.

9 hypnotherapy sessions + 9 recordings 3 meditation sessions + 3 integration forms Check-ins between sessions

Weeks 1–4

Settle & understand

Feeling safe enough to look closely at the pattern and where it began.

Week 1Hypnotherapy · Grounding: finding a calm, safe place inside

Week 2Hypnotherapy · Meeting the “never enough” voice in the body

Week 3Meditation · Noticing the pattern gently in daily life

Week 4Hypnotherapy · Where it began: the first time love felt earned

Weeks 5–8

Loosen & transform

Working with what holds it in place, and practicing a new response.

Week 5Hypnotherapy · Comforting the younger self who learned to try harder

Week 6Meditation · Resting without having to earn it

Week 7Hypnotherapy · Understanding what the inner critic protects

Week 8Hypnotherapy · Practicing “I am enough” in hard moments

Weeks 9–12

Letting the new way feel natural, so you can carry it on your own.

Week 9Hypnotherapy · Anchoring the new way in the body

Week 10Hypnotherapy · Walking through a busy week in the new way

Week 11Hypnotherapy · Deepening trust in yourself

Week 12Meditation · Closing, and carrying it on your own

Claire is an illustrative example. Your program is designed around you, after our consultation.

What research shows

Across 17 studies with over 2,300 clients, people who practiced more between sessions had clearly better results, both at the end of therapy and later on (Kazantzis et al., 2016).

A review of 26 studies found that more sessions bring more benefit, up to a point, and that weekly sessions help people improve faster than less frequent ones (Robinson et al., 2020).

And when people built a new daily habit, it took a median of about 66 days, a little over nine weeks, to start feeling automatic, and much longer for some (Lally et al., 2010). Twelve weeks gives the new way enough time to settle.

An honest note: no program can make a pattern disappear forever. It may still visit. What can shift is how you meet it: with more understanding, more acceptance, and more peace. Over time, it may hold you less tightly, and pass more quickly. What I commit to is depth, consistency, and walking beside you every week.
